Update: They waived the $50 fee to exchange my glasses. I just received my new glasses today! I really appreciate their willingness to waive the fee and exchange my glasses!I would like to start off by saying I loved Farmington Eye Care. Everyone that works there has always been super nice. I recently bought glasses that after wearing a week didn't seem to fit my face right. I called and spoke to the dr. He said I am more than welcome to come in for an adjustment or even an exchange. I asked how that worked. He said I would simply exchange them and pay the difference of the 2 glasses. Great! I tried the adjustment. They were still uncomfortable. I visited Farmington Eye Care for the first time after moving to Arkansas. The staff is very professional and friendly. It was time for my annual eye exam and contact lens renewal. I found Dr. Cox very personable and knowledgeable about other issues regarding my eyes and vision. I was able to be fitted for a new contact lens prescription and have them ordered through this office at a lower rate than the big online contact lens company. I’m very pleased to have found Farmington Eye Care and Dr. Cox. It is a pleasure to shop local and have great service at the same time. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend this business to others.
