Needed a ceiling fan replaced, but not able to get to the store due to an injury. Preston went to Lowe’s for me and picked out a wonderful fan based upon my specifications. He arrived early and got the job done in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I thought I was "good to go", but after talking with my son realized I needed a 220 outlet for my new dryer. I called Buzz and they had someone out here within a few days - even during the ICE STORM! They assessed the needs, and were back within a couple of days with everything needed to complete the job.Preston and Ashton were speedy and efficient - got the job done within a couple of hours. I was a little worried about what the outside of my house would look like, but everything was great outside and inside. They even vacuumed up and left everything tidy when they were done. GREAT JOB!

Giancarlo is awesome. He helped us out in a pinch on short notice. Our home is hitting that 20 year mark, so he was super honest and transparent about not only the immediate problem, but also things we should consider in the near future to ensure our family is safe. I will be calling him moving forward. It’s hard to find people you can trust.
