“The staff here are great. We came in with 3 of our children needing trims (one of which got his hair cut by his unstable mother the previous day and ended up looking like a Star Trek character.) We informed the hairdresser that we didn’t want child with the botched haircut to know how bad his mother left him looking, so the hairdresser acted with subtlety and grace saying to our child, “alright, how do we perfect… this!” Gesturing to his hair. The hairdresser totally corrected the botched haircut and spoke with our son about nature documentaries while our other kids got a trim. These people are golden!!!
