He's always done good work for us. We've had him work on a couple of different washers over the years, and his prices have been reasonable. Remember that he is one person doing this work, and if an appointment runs longer than expected, he may be late to the next. He is human. I highly recommend him!

At this time I give a 2. Not sure what happened between the last review and now, but wow. Came and did some work for me and thought it fixed the problem but day and a half later, boom, same problem. Was a Saturday, Called and left a message. Figured ok will have to wait until Monday to get a call back. Called Monday evening to leave another message. It's Wednesday afternoon, still no call. Not good business if ask me. I changed them to a 5 . There was a communication error. This company is awesome.
