I HIGHLY recommend this vet. They’ve always taken good care of my fur baby. The staff have always been very polite, and helpful with all of our needs. They always try to fit you into their busy schedule and get you taken care of in a timely manner. Our Golden retriever had an obstruction. We had no idea what she ate. Dr. Pitard did an x ray and immediately identified the object as a rock. We have a strict cap on how much we can spend on our pets in our monthly budget. We were spiraling imagining the cost of the surgery to remove the rock. We were even considering putting her down due to the hit our budget would take. Stephanie at the front desk worked with me to come up with a payment plan. She was non judgmental when I asked about putting our dog down and was considering other options. She was so patient and kind through the whole process. I've worked with dogs and vets for many years, and Dr. Pitard and his staff have one of the best clinics I've been to. I can't state how appreciative of and impressed with that team I am.I've had some pretty difficult dogs, and they're always understanding and accommodating. I've also been through serious medical issues and the passing of a dog with his clinic. It was always clear they did their best caring for all of my pets. Dr. Pitard is genuine, and does a great job informing his clients and giving the pets excellent quality of care.
