From the ladies in the office to the men that came to my home, they were all top notch! From beginning to end excellent service. Polite, knowledgeable, great work and completed the job quickly. I recommend them whole heartedly!!!!

I had an emergency with my unit. Called another company and they worked on it from Friday to late Sat with no improvement. I had contacted 4 companies and Norris is the only one that called me back to schedule that day. I put them off but did setup a service apt for the other 2 units. Late Sunday I emailed and Jennifer replied with she would have them there first thing MOnday AM. They were there at 8:30 am and troubleshot the solution by 9 am. While they were there, the other 2 units hadn't had any maintenance on them in over 5 years. They serviced all the units and fixed the unit that was faulty.
