This company gets a five-star rating from me. With the cold weather set to hit, my heater died. I called out two companies in town to have a look. The first company, to its credit, showed up within an hour early Monday morning. They spent all of about 10 minutes in the attic and said that I needed a new blower motor and furnace. They are known to be the most expensive in town so you can imagine what the quote looked like. Mid-South showed up a little later that morning and also concluded the blower motor was the issue. We have had them service and and repair my HVAC for years. Rick came out this morning and I can't say enough about how efficient he is. He had my AC taken apart and fixed in under 10 minutes. Wonderful service.Services: HVAC system maintenance

They replaced the blower in our furnace on the same day that we called, with below-freezing temperatures outside, and ice and snow on the roads (2/18/2021). Thanks for getting our heat working again.Services: Heating system repair
