“This company gets a five-star rating from me. With the cold weather set to hit, my heater died. I called out two companies in town to have a look. The first company, to its credit, showed up within an hour early Monday morning. They spent all of about 10 minutes in the attic and said that I needed a new blower motor and furnace. They are known to be the most expensive in town so you can imagine what the quote looked like. Mid-South showed up a little later that morning and also concluded the blower motor was the issue. They removed it, took it to the shop, replaced an inexpensive diode, returned, reinstalled in 15 minutes and everything is working fine. They looked at the furnace and said there was nothing wrong with it. It's just 20 years old. If you are looking for an honest estimate, quick response, quality work and reasonable prices, Mid-South is where you start and finish.”
