Watson just completed a build for us in October 2025. We had a very positive experience from start to finish. We met often to discuss plans. They listened to what we wanted and kept us informed about changes and budget during the entire process. The build was completed timely and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. We love our new home!

I've now worked with Kevin Watson on 3 projects. Many years ago he built my first house. No hesitation in reaching out when we decided to build again. Spends the time to understand your goals. Makes recommendations for improvements but always with your budget in mind. Our house plan had upstairs but after viewing he suggested minor changes to add square footage which now I see was sorely needed. This past year we decided to downsize and I reached out to Kevin to be my real estate agent. He was consultative in getting my house ready for sale and again invested the time to know my price point and time frame to sell.
