Honestly, I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't the owner, Wes, coming out to introduce himself and do the spray. I had ants everywhere, spiders, mosquitoes, and flies outside on 3/4 acre and since he came a few days ago, I have had zero insects outside, which I had forgotten was possible. He was very kind and professional and I will be using them from now on without a doubt.
