Jacob always is extremely friendly and helpful. I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses from him and highly recommend Success Vision of Conway. I would drive out of my way to use this location as I been to others locations and the stuff is not as friendly! Thank you to all of Conway staff for making my purchase great
I visited the Conway location due to a commercial I heard on the radio. While I was not able to get the advertised promotion (due to my strong prescription) the staff worked very hard to get me a pair of glasses that fit perfectly into my budget. I walked in at 3:30pm on a Saturday and the staff was extremely helpful trying to get me taken care of. Additionally the store manager, Jacob stayed past closing time to insure that my glasses woul be completed the same day. Awesome awesome customer service!!!
I brought some frames I bought online and my prescription to have lenses put in. Kobe was incredibly helpful and patient as he had to adjust the frames a few times to get the fit better. Thank you!
