Star Nails is a gem with a focus on excellent customer service. The staff, including Kevin, are awesome and friendly. The business offers a unique pedicure experience with a massage chair, and technicians are careful not to cut nails too short or cause discomfort during the cleaning process. The nail techs are skilled and put effort into their work, resulting in amazing nail designs and sets.

Kevin does a great job! He is very personable and involved. Helen does a great pedicure and waxing. This is a great family owneded nail salon!! If there is a problem, he is more than receptive to fixing.

Kevin is amazing! I came in after having a really disappointing experience at another salon, and he completely saved my nails. I showed him the rainbow/star design I wanted, and he recreated it perfectly—exactly like the photo. 🌈✨

Not only are my nails gorgeous, but Kevin was so kind, patient, and professional the entire time. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I left 100% happy.

If you’re looking for someone who does incredible design work and genuinely cares about his clients, ask for Kevin. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've been going to Star Nails for several years now and it's by far my favorite place in Conway. Prior to this I had bounced around to several shops (mostly due to price), but they have great prices, friendly service, and Kevin does really incredible designs-- sometimes I just go in and tell him a color/vibe I have in mind and he does the rest! They can get busy with nails, specifically, but if you just call, they're glad to get you an appointment time within a few days so you have no wait! An added bonus is that I've never EVER been sore after an acrylic set and have had major soreness after sets elsewhere. Cannot recommend enough!
