I am part of the VIP membership. The company communicated the entire time, from setting up the appointment, to texting me with updates when to expect their employees, with a picture to recognize them. Both were very helpful and professional. No complaints here!
Today we had a service check by Airco. Our technician was Bryan Long. In addition to him conducting the check, he provided an excellent explanation of what he did and detailed all aspects of our service call. Airco had originally installed our system and they have consistently provided great service.
