Very happy with Nathan and his crew's work! They did a great job encapsulating our crawl space. He is an honorable, upstanding guy with more than fair prices and excellent work ethic. He will give it to you straight...the good, the bad, and the ugly, which I greatly appreciate. I wish all contractors were like this, but he's a rare find.

I have always heard horror stories about mold build-up in a home. I suspected mild in an area beneath a mini-split in my attic bonus room. I called around to get quotes, and Nathan’s professionalism and knowledge caused me to choose him. His professionalism, punctuality, work ethic, and (best of all) ability to remove the mold was fantastic. I now know that a minor mold issue isn’t the death of a home. He also gave me pointers for avoiding the problem in the future. Nathan’s professionalism comes complete with pics, mold post-testing, and certification of his skills and work.
