Magie-Mabrey Eye Clinic provides exceptional and kindhearted service. The doctors are described as the best, sweet, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and with a chill demeanor. They provide great service and are willing to go above and beyond for patients. The staff and nurses are consistently noted as very friendly, helpful, kindhearted, and great. While the clinic is often busy, wait times are typically normal or hardly any, and it is considered worth the wait. Patients report lovely experiences, feel well-cared for without being rushed, and highly recommend the office. The clinic has addressed any past problems, ensuring positive visits for eye exams and glasses.
I have gone here for a couple of years, but I’m ready to change to a new clinic. Everything is very disorganized as far as paperwork and insurance each time. Today was the last straw for me - I got the bill for the copay on my eye exam that was two weeks ago. It says in big capital letters 2nd Request - YOUR ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE” on it, even though this is the first bill.
Also, whenever I try to pick up contacts, it’s always a big hassle and they always seems confused about my order.
I will be moving on to find better customer care!
My mom had an appointment, she thought at 3:45, but was at 3:15. Due to terrible storms, her doctor left early. When we got to clinic, they called the doctor, who was already headed back to Little Rock, and he turned around and came back just to see her. How many doctors would do that? This clinic and Dr. Pratt are the best around. God bless the nurses and Dr. Pratt. Thank you Magee Eye Clinic, 5 stars for everything I can think of.

Have been here several times and have been treated exceptionally well every time. Highly recommend. They are aways busy so you might have to wait but it's worth the wait for the great service
