Josh was extremely helpful for preparing for the bed bug treatment. Did a great job. Kept me informed. Feel sure the treatment was sucessfu. Butvassured me that he woul check twice as needed, very professional!!!!
Drew Waters arrived on time. He explained what he would do and completed his assignment in a timely manner. I then explained my problem with mice and he helped by putting out a poison trap . I already have less mice on my deck! He explained everything he did! Would be glad to have his help again!
Easy setup and quickly got to the house. Andrew was professional but overwhelmed as though the scheduling/contract person did not properly document what I requested. They were able to adapt and get us taken care of quickly. So far we have not had any issues.
