My computer would not allow me to work after I logged on (hourglass) and I made things worse in trying to fix it myself.
Jake discussed the options, including skipping repair and buying a new machine. When I told him cost was the key determinant, he described a program of not only replacing the hard drive to address the problem that crashed it, but upgrading the speed and memory -- at an incredibly affordable cost.
He also did some extra work to save my content in case the Carbonite backup was incomplete.
It was a pleasure to do business with him!

My monitor wasn’t getting any signal from my PC, and Jake diagnosed the problem quickly for me! He also found some other issues I was unaware of. Very professional & quick work! 5 stars for sure!
