I'm just now gettng around to adding a review, but I've used IMI for several plumbing and electrical problems, including installing a new bathroom upstairs three years ago. They've always done great work, been reasonably priced, very friendly, good at communicating and are always willing to do follow-up on any questions regarding their projects. It's a family-owned business, and they take their work personally, while they complete their tasks professionally. I'd use them again...over and over.

I don't even know if this is a legit company as I couldn't find a website or FB page for them, nor any reviews (which is why I felt like I should warn people who might be considering them). We have AHS for our home warranty. We put in a call for service for our AC last week. AHS assigned us to Industrial Plumbing. They called to make an appointment but I missed the call. I then attempted to call them back SEVERAL times leaving voicemail after voicemail. When no one called back after 3 days, I called AHS back to request a new company. They told me they would put in a call to their emergency number. They didn't get an answer there either. After a week, they... read full review
