Mr. Moore inspected our home prior to purchase in 2023. The report (specifically with regards to the roof) was inaccurate and crucial information relating to serious issues with the roof were not brought to our attention on the day of inspection or in the report. Mr. Moore did identify one portion of the roof in need of repair, but failed to make us aware of numerous visually obvious problems. The report also rated the flashings, valleys, eaves/soffitts/fascias as "satisfactory". Later inspections found this not to be true. We are now facing a complete roof replacement at the cost of $16,000.

John Ed took his time with us today- made me feel at ease with all (and I mean ALL!) of the questions I had. I would sincerely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who can thoroughly and professionally inspect their home. I could tell right away he knew what he was talking about with structural, HVAC, plumbing questions and just about everything in between. He wasn’t on just on time- HE WAS EARLY- always a bonus!

John Ed did a thorough job and then sat down and explained the details in words that I could understand. The full report came that same evening. He is obviously very knowledgeable, and that knowledge made me an informed buyer. He also has good 'chairside' manner. Knowledge is power, and knowledge plus his personal touch make it a winning combination!
