“Leigh, the shop owner, is wonderful at her craft as well as owning a business. Her customer service skills are something I aspire to have one day. I originally came to her for a color correction (shown in pics). She put every bit of love into it and the second pic is a few days after. I’m the type of person to come once every 6 months to a year because of many reasons but one being it feels like a task to me rather than an enjoyable experience. Since my first time, I’ve scheduled consistent appointments and see her every two months. I have always had a hard time finding someone I was comfortable with, to the point of going as long as 2 years without a cut or visit to a salon. Someone recommended Sherri, and I have been so happy since! She listens, she talks, and helps me feel comfortable in her chair. Even with the high volume of traffic in the salon, she somehow helps me not want to run out! (I don't so crowded spaces well at all)
