I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the service and professionalism- and willingness to help stranded travelers. We are from South Carolina on an extended RV vacation. Our motorhome leveling system deployed while driving, and while no one else would help us, Custom RV told us to come over and they would take a look. Although they had other customers they took the time to diagnose our problem (internal collapsed hose, bad pressure sensor, and bad controller module) fit us in and repair our system. They saved our vacation of a lifetime. A great team - highly qualified and professional. Don’t hesitate to use them for you RV repairs and updates!!

this place is awesome , they was willing to drive at short notice to replace a part on my camper over 100 miles away, i will absolutely recommend them to anyone. great bunch folks and they are willing to go the extra mile. thank you WILL for your service and when i need something for my camper again i will be calling.

We had severe hail damage from a tornado to the roof, 2 ac units , skylights and exhaust fans. Called and spoke with Will at Custom RV and he said bring it on in, he could put it inside before more damage was done. We got with the insurance company and told them we wanted Will at Custom RV to repair our 5th wheel. He had an estimate completed in no time and the insurance company okayed all the work. It was over 35k in repairs. Will and his crew did an excellent job and had us back on the road pretty fast for all the work needed to be done.
