Baptist Health Urgent Care - Conway (Central) offers a wonderful experience with a very kind and compassionate staff. Patients report quick and efficient visits, often being seen in less than 20 minutes. The care providers and staff listen to concerns, are open to input about treatment, and go above and beyond. Many describe it as the best clinic or doctor's office they have ever used, with an extremely kind, courteous, respectful, and wonderful team. The staff shows concern for patients' conditions and takes time to talk about everything. This urgent care is highly recommended for its thorough and excellent care.

My treatment was spot on and just what was needed. The shot gave me quick relief from the sharp knee pain w/o hurting my tummy and today 24 hrs later the anti inflammatory medication is keeping me comfortable. Thank you.
This is the second survey I have done for this patient. Service was great as always. When one of my grandchildren, daughter-in-law, my husband, as well as myself, BHUC is where we go. Just serice and medical problem taken care of.
Editing to Update because Google won't let me leave another! Had to go in again, Leah and Paige were both AMAZING yet again, and this time I was triaged by nurse Kara. All around a great experience AGAIN!! I truly hope these reviews get to the right people because these ladies deserve some proper recognition. NO ONE is having a good day when they have to go to Urgent care but these ladies make it the best experience possible.
