It felt like they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I get that they were busy and everybody was nice to me, but I just feel like they have too much on their plate for not enough doctors/employees. Maybe they need to schedule less appointments per day, but I’m not sure if that’s even realistic.
They seem to work well as a team. Everyone was professional and yet very friendly. From fist checking in through the exams. Angel, at the front desk was outstanding. Looking up and getting answers about my past visits. Great job explaining this Dr.. Jackson
All the staff (nurses, physicians,receptionist) have been very courteous and professional with all my medical questions concerning a recent significant surgery that was performed recently in Conway, AR. Highly recommend this group.
