I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. My daughter broke her glasses during a basketball tournament while we were out of town, and we were in a real time crunch. I explained the situation to Doug and Chandra, and they stepped in right away to help. Their sense of urgency and kindness really stood out. They got us taken care of quickly, and we were able to get her new glasses and make it back in time for her game. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile!
Fantastic staff. Great selection. Like this way of an eye exam and service, much more high tech & professional. Great selection of glasses. Kaylee was patient and a great help picking out frames and lenses for the whole family. Facility was very clean & professional. Very happy with our experience here!
I had to go for a yearly eye check up today my brother and i had great time with Dr koonce who was our provider that took care of us we were very happy with the care we got he is very kind and he took awesome care of us today he is one of Conway finest he always do a good job of taking care of our needs he treat us well and he very kind and compassionate with my brother he has care for him for a long time and that how I met him and ask him if he would care for me that the best thing that has ever happened to me thanks for everything you do to see that our need are met would not trade you for a million thanks you make God blessed you.
