I am not a patient here but I inquired about their service. My insurance wasn't a good fit but Melody was extremely helpful and FRIENDLY which is a rare thing these days. If anything changes with my insurance they will be my first choice!!!

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. My daughter broke her glasses during a basketball tournament while we were out of town, and we were in a real time crunch. I explained the situation to Doug and Chandra, and they stepped in right away to help. Their sense of urgency and kindness really stood out. They got us taken care of quickly, and we were able to get her new glasses and make it back in time for her game. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile!
