Adam with A+ Safe & Lock was very thorough with giving me directions on how to open my dial combination gun safe lock before booking my appointment in an effort to save me the money if he could and him having to drive over an hour to my home. No luck so he booked my appointment for Labor Day Monday. Very convenient. When he arrived he was very professional and efficient diagnosing the problem, opening the safe, resetting the combination, making certain it worked properly as well as making sure I could unlock it without an issue. A great experience all around. I highly recommend Adam and A+ Safe & Lock.

I'm extremely pleased and happy with the service he provided. He was able to open my gun safe that was in a house fire that had endured 1800-2000 degrees of heat. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
