Very courteous and punctual always listens to my mad ramblings of which there are many and is never deterred great bedside manner listens to me would recommend to anybody we drive half an hour to go here

They are so nice! Very helpful and understanding. The staff doesn't rush you out and write you off.I just wish they could see my son. Finding s good office is hard enough let alone one a child is comfortable at.

Today I went here for the first time i changed doctors because i was tired of not being listened too. They was absolutely amazing the receptionist (Anita) and the nurse (Jordan) made me feel welcomed and had me laughing the whole time. They asked me if I had any pronouns that I'd like them to go by which around here had me shocked in a good way. The doctor listened to all my issues and concerns and did everything I wanted done and what she thought would benefit me. So happy my friend referred me here. Definitely check out Access medical clinic in Concord if you want to be listened to and feel welcome.
