A bit on the expensive side. Staff was not the friendliest, but there was a few that were very sweet. It took way to long for my glasses to arrive, and I had to call them about issues a few times. They wanted me to pick them up after I paid to have them shipped and thank God I didn't because they meant from Conway not Clinton, so I would have wasted a trip and the $8.00. They need to get it together.

Had a fast, easy experience with Dr. Shane Ford. Got my vision right, the first time, on my trial contacts. When it came time to order glasses/contacts, Rheanna at the office took care of me, making sure I fully utilized my health insurance discounts, qualified for rebates and made sure I got the best deal possible. Saved money compared to the online companies. They have a great team here. Highly recommend. God bless.
