I am blessed with having Dr Henry and his nurse Kayla as my providers when I come here and never leave a visit unsatisfied. My kids love both of them and very excited for the doctors. But I’ve noticed others really lack professionalism, compassion and manners. As I was waiting in the waiting room they came out to tell an older lady she was no longer a patient there because she had missed 2 appointments. As I know these are rules, this is where professional comes into play where you take that patient to the side and explain to them instead of embarrassing them in a lobby full of other patients.
