Super sweet staff, and excellent service every time I see them. The optometrist was knowledgeable about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and how it affects my vision, and helped me find glasses that don't give me a migraine after 5 minutes of wear.
Husband's eye was bothering him. We were new to the area and hadn't established a Dr yet. Person on phone was very sweet and helpful. We had the choice of in-office or telemedicine (covid days). We opted for in-office. Given appt same day. Only waited about ten minutes. Very clean facility. Nice staff. Dr. Ellis was warm, polite, funny, yet professional. Quickly diagnosed a virus in husband's eye, prescribed medication for treatment, answered all our questions thoroughly and clearly, yet concisely. They were very informative from the exam thru buying contacts and glasses. Everyone was really nice and helpful with all my questions and I was seen before I could sit down in the waiting room.
