I called Superior driving from hardware store back home. Kim answered said someone would call me when they started that way. 10 minutes after I arrived home Superior van showed up - (Amazing response time). Robert looked at my unit within 15 minutes he knew the issue, he had to order a part for the repair. The part arrived the following week. Robert called me first thing Monday morning arrived onsite shortly after to install, AC unit repaired and working correctly. Both Kim and Robert where very professional and so helpful. I would highly recommend Superior for AC / Heat work or repair. Thank you again Kim and Robert

Superior Heat and Air, Inc replaced the 5T HVAC system in my commercial building last week. Rick and Will were the technicians. They arrived at 7:30 am as scheduled, completed the job by 4:30. Their work never interfered with our normal business operations. Job site was clean and free of all debris from removing old equipment and installing new equipment. Price quoted was less than what I was expecting to pay for new equipment. I highly recommend Superior and Rick and Will.
