They came out Monday as promised and replaced the outside unit, making it a pleasure to deal with people that do what they say. Had another hvac company come by and “fix” my ac at least 3 times this year costing me almost $3000 in charges and my ac still wouldn’t blow cool air. Called southern hvac and they came and fixed it in 1 visit. My house is nice a cool now and it was a great price!!
Called at 6pm on a Friday and Jody was here by 8pm. After troubleshooting determined it is the compressor. Won't have more details until Monday but very thankful to find a company that can get here quickly and get started on the process in such a small town. Professional and prompt service. Thank you Jody!
