“This is over all a big thumbs up for Bee Fencing. Quality and craftsmanship for the fence they installed sets them apart. Then there’s another big thumbs up for the team that installed the fence. They were very engaging, polite and for the most part they paid attention to the details and cleaned up well after the install was finished.

Now I wish I could say the same for the administrative side of Bee Fencing. For the most part between the time you sign the contract and give them the deposit, the communications are poor and not proactive. When you do get an email it doesn’t contain accurate information and details. Even after pointing it out to them, the lack of a date and then communications, it still wasn’t corrected. Then paying for the bill, paid online with a debit card, they sent the receipt containing very little information showing customer name as “Joe Griffin”, which is not my name.
Then the Friday before the install I sent pictures showing my old fence had been removed and when we got the receipt corrected with my name on it, it showed that they had charged me for the removal of the fence, so I had to call and get them to refund that.
The administrative process needs an awful lot of work. Waiting for $395 refund.
Even with the administrative issues because of the quality of the work and the process they use for putting up the fence, I would pick Bee Fencing again.“
