Property is beautiful. Cabins are well-maintained, very clean, and cozy! We found cabin 4 to be well-stocked with full kitchen, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, coffee supplies, outdoor grill and washer/dryer. There are 4 two-bedroom, two-bath cabins at the top of the hill, half-mile walk or drive from the main house. Hammock, grill & picnic table in the backyard. Steve brought us a firepit one night so we could do s'mores at our cabin. Main house activities include: basketball, fishing in pond, horseshoes, 3 tree swings, beautiful brook with waterfall and swings for gazing. Our cabin had lots of board games to choose from. Only 2 DVD's, but more are available at main house. For outings and dining out we drove in to Pineville for dinner at Haven 55. (Very cool...overlooks waterfall). Bluff Dwellers (awesome cave tour) and Burger Time (eh). Neosho: Antiqueing and Angelica's for lunch. Note: you WILL make it up and down the narrow gravel hills to the cabin. It looks a little daunting at first, but our mini-van did fine. This a very quiet and secluded area. No internet or TV. Great if you want to escape busyness and technology.
