Had issue with AC not working. Called
steadfast at 8 AM 8/24/26. Was told they would have a technician arrive between 1-4 PM same day. Technician arrived at approximately 12:10. Had issue resolved within 30 minutes. Technicians name was Michael. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. It was raining while he worked on my unit and he was prepared with the proper equipment to keep him dry. I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Steadfast. From the lady that took my call and scheduled the appointment to Michael who completed the repair. Will definitely use Steadfast for any future needs.
