I got a new roof in 2016 by Premier roofing, this was after having 2 other companies “fix”.
Everything was great. I deployed in 2017, my wife noticed a small leak . Called Keith and he fixed it quickly. Sent me videos to show me the issue ( missing mortar at flashing edge). He fixed it no issues. Could have easily taken advantage of the situation but didnt. I just recently had him back due to losing a few shingles over these crazy storms we had. Great service from start to finish!! I was referred to Premier by a family member who had some roof repairs done. After another local roofing company was hours late two different times, I called Premier. Keith was on time, professional, very thorough and explained everything very well. He didn't hound me about my decision and once I was ready for my roof replacement, it was done within the week!! The roofing crew was very friendly & very clean - no debris or signs that work was complete anywhere! They worked sun-up to sun-down and finished in just a day!! The roof looks absolutely amazing!! This is going to be extremely long but please read to the end. First, Keith is the most professional roofing business owner out there. I doubt you will find anyone as passionate about roofing and making sure their customers are happy like Keith does. I just had a complete roof replaced by Premier roofing and his team. Carlos and the team knocked it out the park. I called a total of 6 roofing companies. All had 4.8 and above google reviews with A+ BBB ratings and 10 years minimum experience in the business. One company I spoke with seemed very incompetent on even what shingles they installed or what their labor warranty was. I had 3 actually come out so I could meet with... read full review
