Going to be kind of long, but worth the read. I got a new roof in 2016 by Premier roofing, this was after having 2 other companies “fix”. Everything was great. I deployed in 2017, my wife noticed a small leak . Called Keith and he fixed it quickly. Sent me videos to show me the issue ( missing mortar at flashing edge). He fixed it no issues. Could have easily taken advantage of the situation but didnt. I just recently had him back due to losing a few shingles over these crazy storms we had. It is hard to find someone ( a company) that is not only this dependable, but honest and trustworthy. Will stick by their work. Keith actually called the night of the tornado that hit just a few miles away, to see if we were ok. Hands down the best!
Great service from start to finish!! I was referred to Premier by a family member who had some roof repairs done. After another local roofing company was hours late two different times, I called Premier. Keith was on time, professional, very thorough and explained everything very well. He didn't hound me about my decision and once I was ready for my roof replacement, it was done within the week!! The roofing crew was very friendly & very clean - no debris or signs that work was complete anywhere! They worked sun-up to sun-down and finished in just a day!! The roof looks absolutely amazing!! Keith helped me pick out a shingle that looks fantastic and I couldn't have made a better choice! If you're debating between Premier & another local roofing company - do yourself a favor and go with Premier!! You won't regret it. I am beyond happy with my new roof and the great service we received.
I recently received a new roof from Premier Roofing and received exemplary customer service from Royce, the sales associate, from start to finish. He responded to my questions very promptly and kept me updated regarding my roofing project. He went above and beyond by doing extra things that I didn’t even request. Kudos to the roofing team as well. They worked diligently in the heat and with professionalism when installing my roof. It looks great, and I am well pleased with the finished product. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Premier Roofing.
