This is my review, yours may have been better but this was my first experience and will most definitely be my last. Spoke to Ken and was told what paperwork to drop off. The first week of December dropped the forms off, left with woman at front office. The week of Christmas I called to check on status and to see if anything else was needed, woman said that the paperwork was on Ken’s desk. Today, 1/6/2026, still no communication from them so again called. A woman put me on hold while was looking for paperwork on his desk, returned and asked if could call me back, still looking and asked what the paperwork was and what was needed to be filed. Ken is exceptionally knowledgeable about business needs. I appreciated the time he took to thoroughly understand my situation and suggest a best course of action. I left his office confident in the advice I was given.
