This is the place to take your baby pets. The staff and Dr. Were wonderful...the stray cat we found in an animal trap was treated with the greatest of care and now he has a home with us!
Vet was super friendly, as was the staff. Most importantly though, they were affordable. That's been a pretty hard problem for most people getting their pets the care they need. I had a busted cat that needed to be seen ASAP. The scheduled me in quicker than anyone else and my cat is now looking a ton better. Thanks!
I’ve been bringing my pets here the last couple of months after a bad experience at a different Jacksonville vet that absolutely traumatized one of my tabby cats for 3 days. The front desk receptionists are so so sweet and so are the two vets I’ve seen, especially Dr. Vaughn. He and his vet tech handled my cats with such care!
I also love being able to come inside with my pets, whereas my old vet still doesn’t allow that, and the environment is very quiet here which can be hard to find at a vets office. My permanent vet from here on out!
