C1S response was immediate and the technicians were extremely professional. They fixed the problem with one appliance immediately and identified a needed part for the other appliance and found a source. As soon as they received the part they were back and rapidly installed it. I am very impressed with Central One Service and will recommend them to anyone I know for appliance repair.
