The team is awesome! I came in not being able to move my neck to the left hardly at all. As I leave I feel stronger than ever with full range in motion. I am also set up to continue to progress at home. They gave me options and pushed me each week to improve!

For approximately 6 months I had been struggling with debilitating shoulder pain that just kept getting worse. It had progressed to a point where it ached constantly, no matter my position or activity. I had to support my arm with several pillows at night and was getting very little sleep. I was unable to make sudden arm movements or reach across, above, or behind my body without extreme pain. I sought treatment at a chiropractor and honestly was losing hope of getting better. I attended Craig’s free shoulder workshop and learned I didn’t need a doctor referral. I scheduled an evaluation at the workshop and started therapy twice a week. The cost with my insurance was explained to me before my first appointment, and making appointments was easy. I was given numerous functional exercises I could replicate at home and have regained my active life all thanks to Jacob, Melissa, Derrick, Jack, and Craig. They work as a team and seem to enjoy working together. Sometimes things won’t get better on their own. Don’t wait to get intervention! I highly recommend this knowledgeable group at CPT. P.S. If you’re assigned the bike, ask for the one in the front room. Lol
