The service was great. They got me in, put on 4 new tires, did a realignment, and an oil change and it only took about an hour. I will only be going to Big O Tires in Cabot for now on!

Fast and friendly service. Everything requested for my truck was completed and working great.Only negitive was when I first dropped my truck foe the oil change and alignment. I mention to the tech was the oil change special still going on and he nodded.When I went to check out I ask if the oil change special was applied. And he had did not apply it.

Only stopped in to obtain an estimate for a full set of tires. The assistant manager was very helpful and readily gave me a printed copy knowing I would be comparing it to a competitor. No sells pitch. No pressure. Just friendly conversation and helpful suggestions.
