Updated review - I have updated from 1 Star to 4 Stars based on Customer Service. Alex from the store called to apologize for this and looked into the situation. I was assured that this is not how they do business and was not sure what the employee was doing to repair the tire. The fact that they reached out to me about this does tell me that they take pride in their work. I am willing to go back if the need arises.
Be Aware...We were in from out of state visiting with family. Picked up a screw in our tire somewhere around town. Took the car to this shop to have the tire plugged as the screw was in the middle of the tread and was able to be patched/plugged. After...read full review
I’ve been a customer for a while now. Excellent service and staff are always professional and kind. I imagine the prices are comparable: it’s been pleasant enough experience that I’ve not priced anywhere else since I began doing business with Big O Tire.
Made an appointment to get 4 new tires and oil change. Tires were supposed to arrive that morning before I arrived, when the truck got delayed, Alex recommended comparative tires and priced matched to my order. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and quick service. Would recommend and use them again.
