Every dollar paid feels like money well spent. I HIGHLY recommend these guys if you do not have Or if you're not happy with your computer needs provider. They're amazing people as well. They know just about everything about computers and they're able to communicate it in a way that most people can understand it. If I could put 6 stars I would absolutely do it. I love these people so much.

I really enjoy how personable the trainers are. I always feel welcomed! Shelly keeps me on track and isn't afraid to be honest with me during my personal sessions. I like that she doesn't change the planned work out when I get whiny. I do wish there was an evening group class.
