They were super fast and very busy but still took their time in looking up my vehicle and explaining everything. They are very polite and seem to love their job. 3 people helping one another. They work well with each other. I am always pleased. I used Benton location as well as Hot Springs. Both wonderful. Only place I use anymore.Service: Oil change

The reason for 4 stars is because they wouldn't honor my coupon. I was delayed in showing it to the tech, and he said I couldn't be refunded. I deal with POS systems everyday. It is very simple to refund a sale and run it again with a coupon.

Extremely nice staff and no complaints about the establishment. Only reason for being 4 out of 5 stars is that we were waiting in the bay waiting to be serviced for a solid 40 minutes in total. There were 2 cars in the bays next to me so technically I was 3rd. Still felt like it took longer than it should have. Otherwise it truly was easy, I just recommend not going if you’re in a hurry if they have a few cars there.
