Very thankful for the kind people who run this business. I have appreciated their communication, fair pricing, and care for my satisfaction as a client. I love my home! It feels like a great quality for the price, and appraised for more than I bought it for, so I know they gave me a fair deal. The home came with high quality appliances as well (the fridge makes the fancy sphere ice balls even). Because this is a small family run business, I can tell they care about what they do. We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our home through Ozark Tiny Homes. Mike, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. He was hands-on, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He gave us an incredible deal on our home and checked in regularly to ensure each step of the process was done right. Even after the sale, he followed up to see how things were going—something you don’t see very often anymore.

When I mentioned that the skirting job was poorly done, Mike didn’t hesitate to get involved. He called the company on our behalf to have them come back out, which we really appreciated.

We bought a 3 bedroom 2bath from Mike. He is the most honest and down to earth trailer salesman I’ve dealt with. Gave me no guff, no BS and helped us get into the perfect home for us at an honest and frankly really affordable price tag. Everything I’ve needed even after the sale, he responds immediately.
