“I had my eyebrows threaded, and they look great! I had a little trouble figuring out where exactly this place was (GPS's fault,) and it looks old and rough on the outside. Don't let that fool you! I am not sure of her name, but "AK" is written on the card she gave me, and she was very friendly, pleasant, and gentle during the process. The threading was way less painful than other places I've been. 2 hours later, and almost all the redness is gone. I will definitely be back!“

“My new friend/stylist Crystal, nailed my haircut! I'm so critical about how my hair is cut and have been all my life. I stopped going to shops and taught myself how to fade and cut my own hair because everytime I'd get home from getting a cut, I would have to fix it either because they'd just not listen to what I wanted or they were just not any good. But she actually took her time to listen and truly wanted to make sure it was right and for the first time offered great advice. Best service I've had in over 20 years! She'll be the only person I go to from now on. The other stylist that was there was also good.“

“Well to start with I checked in on line before heading to great clips in the Alcoa shopping center in bryant/benton from Alexander. Whn I got there went right into a chair for a great haircut that took maybe 15mins. So from check in on line,the drive over, and the haircut took maybe 30mins total. Yes I would recommend great clips for a GREAT haircut.“
