Last month, as we were threatened with severe weather, my Generac was no longer transferring power to my home, possibly due to an electrical back feed from a barn fire on New Years eve. When I explained I have to sleep with an oxygen pump, these GREAT people had a tech on my property within a few hours. I cannot express my gratitude for making sure if the power went out, I would be taken care of.

I purchased a whole house generator from Lowe’s and GES was contracted to do the install. The guys who did the install were professional and did a nice job. However, the communication from the office was not very good. When I called to ask questions I was made to feel like I was a inconvenience and really never got my questions answered.
