The installation team did a nice job, but communication from the office could be improved. Despite some hiccups, GES demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and building strong relationships, as evident in their follow-up service and maintenance.

Was very pleasantly surprised to see the speed and transparency of my generator installation. Couldn't ask for better service.
I also needed a transfer switch replaced on another generator I have at my shop. They ordered and installed it the same week for 20% less of what I was quoted elsewhere.
We have a whole home generator that did not kick on when our power went out. We put a call in to the company that installed our generator and 2 hours later we still haven't recieved a call back.
