Great people who actually care
I personally recommend this clinic! everyone is super friendly, and they will have you in and out very quick. Although it’s quick Dr.Chu is very thorough and runs every group of test to get down to the problem. If you’re worried about your problems/concerns being dismissed, this is the place to go because they really care about your health, and will get down the the root of the problem. I was extremely happy with the professionalism, they genuinely cared about me as a patient, I didn’t feel like just another number on a schedule. Another thing I really like, is if you can’t make it in person they offer online appointments. Overall great clinic highly recommend !!
I work for the state of AR. As a new patient, I went in for a wellness visit October 4th. Wellness visits are free with insurance. Dr. Chu was nice and we chat about different health related matters. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Since then I received 2 bills. One of which was coded as an office visit because of the questions the doctor asked me. I only wanted a wellness check just talking with the doctor was common..at least I had thought so. They are refusing to remove the charge due to the doctor talking to me. I would NOT recommend this facility. They just lost a new patient over this horrible billing experience. Fyi, the person I spoke to in billing said this is a common practice for this doctor.
