All Angels Property Inspection was great. Derek set up my inspection with my realtor quickly, he provided all of the agreements, expectation information by email the same day . Day of the inspection he was very professional, detailed oriented, knowledgeable, he went over everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions or concerns. This is the 2nd time we've used Derek with All Angles Property Inspection and it was, again, the best of the many decisions we had to make during the home buying process. There are so many different ways private home inspectors operate their businesses; many don't go in confined spaces, some don't take enough photos, some use a checklist or software for their reports that can be inconsistent or incomplete.
