Even though Dallyna had a super busy schedule she took the time to politely and courteously answer all my questions about some issues with spiders that I had. She then went around the house and gave the outside a round of treatment to help with the ant problem that Terminix has help bring under control. Employees like Dallyna is what helps Terminix be a company I will stay with.
My service tech Zachery Jackson is always very polite and professional. Communicates with me regarding my appointments and responds promptly and is considerate of special circumstances. He does a great job and listens and resolves all my concerns! I love having him for our services and would highly recommend him.
